Warehouse/ Production areas
The warehouse and production premises of different sizes available at the "Forums" Business Park are suited for a variety of business operations: storage, packaging, sorting, etc.
The premises are clean, dry and secure; these are situated both on the first floor and on the upper floors.
- Floors 1 to 3 can be accessed with a service elevator (dimensions: 0.90 m x 1.40 m)
- Floors 1 to 8 are accessible with a passenger elevator (dimensions: 0.67 m x 1.37 m)
Some warehouses (the larger ones, of 90 m2 to 130 m2 in area) come equipped with three-phase electrical connections and water supply.
